Delivery Method and Timing:

Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. Items shipped Priority will generally arrive 2-3 business days from date of purchase. In-stock merchandise typically ships within one day of order. We make every attempt to provide you the most accurate date of shipment for backordered items; please note these dates are subject to change. Your Credit Card is not Charged until we actually ship your product.

Exchanges:

The Fine Swine accepts exchanges for Store Credit as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged by the user.

Please include a note in your package indicating the size and style that you would like, in addition to a return address and telephone number. We will then send you the replacement item as soon as possible.

Returns:

The Fine Swine accepts returns for Store Credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged.

For products purchased at trunk shows, The Fine Swine accepts exchanges only due to the commissions paid to the event from the amount for Store Credit.
